We source oilseeds directly from partner farms โ€” no auction floors, no middlemen. That means farmers earn fairly and we know exactly what's in every sack: clean, non-GMO, pesticide-conscious seed.

02 THE HARVEST

Cleaned, sun-dried & sorted

Before a single seed is pressed, it's cleaned of stones and dust, sun-dried to the right moisture, and hand-sorted. Only the plump, healthy seeds make it through.

03 THE PRESSING

Crushed slow, kept cool

Seeds are crushed in a traditional wooden ghani and cold press at low temperature. No heat refining, no chemical solvents โ€” so the natural antioxidants, vitamin E, aroma and flavour all stay locked in.
