Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3–4 days; remote or rural pin codes may take up to 7 days.
Packaging
Every bottle is packed with care to prevent breakage during transit. Our oils are bottled in glass and wrapped securely. If you receive a damaged parcel, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, please reach out to us.
Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, courier disruptions, or factors beyond our control (weather, local conditions, public holidays). We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
We currently ship to most pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
