Our Promise

Every bottle of Livantra oil is pressed in small batches, lab-tested, and packed with care. If something goes wrong on our end, we will always make it right.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We offer a full refund or free replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or broken bottle
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order was lost in transit and not delivered within 12 business days

To raise a claim, email us at livemantranaturals@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Not Eligible for Refund

We are unable to process refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
  • Orders where incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout
  • Minor variation in colour or aroma between batches โ€” this is natural in small-batch cold and wood pressed oils
  • Partially used products

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved (usually within 2 business days), we will either:

  • Replace the product at no extra cost, or
  • Refund the amount to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, email us immediately at livemantranaturals@gmail.com with your order number.
